I woke up this morning to this news. It's just so horrible I don't know what to say. It's been a few years since something like this happened in Indonesia and during all of those times I was overseas, so the effect didn't really quite hit me. It's one thing to watch a news coverage of something that's happening in another (far away) place and it's another thing to see this happening in the city where you live. At first it didn't really quite get into me and I felt as though I was watching another piece of breaking news and then the shock came and when I see all these injured people and the victim's families crying I feel teary myself and now I just feel awful and I can't help but switch off the TV. Why do such things have to happen and why are people so horrible that they would hurt another human being like that. =S

Manchester United has confirmed that they have canceled their tour to Jakarta. They were supposed to arrive tomorrow. A pity, as everyone was so excited about watching the match, but oh well, I'm not much of a great fan anyway and I guess it's better if they don't come. Wouldn't want anything bad to happen to them. We might get attacked by crazy Man U fans or Britain might decide to declare war on us. =P

Well it wasn't so much a party than me and Jen just deciding to celebrate Joey Clement's birthday back on May 21. It was fun though. After she came over we decided to make drinks lol. We tried Jack Daniel's for the first time...wasn't our thing although I did make Jack and Coke after we tried the Jack alone. Yea that didn't taste too well HAHA. After that we just watched non-stop Joey Clement videos I had. Well I watched them for Joey she watched them for David Cook. HAHA.

OMG...the Famous Black out of '03!!! I remember thta so well. We were in the middle of having dinner when all the lights went out. We thought it was just our house til we went outside and saw all the lights out and people were all outside. I was sick with cramps and it was extremely hot so I was very sick during it. I slept during it and woke up when the electricty had come back. We were lucky compared to friends of mine who didn't get there electricity back til the next day. Funny thing is luckily it was the day before me and my friend were in Manhattan seeing Hanson in concert. Otherwise...it would've been hell trying to get out of the city had the concert been a day later.

I'd have to go with David Cook and Constantine Maroulis those are my two favorite solo artists. And band wise...well none other than NKOTB, Hanson, and Beatles.
